On one hand she keeps communication with the dead, unties the ties with what's no longer needed, sweeps out the stale energies, destructive programs and the foggy weight that doesn't allow one to rise up. On the other hand she holds the thick energy of life - a substance in a bottle that opens one up to vitality,  dynamic and healthy growth . Her bottles are filled with bits and pieces of dried polypores from the forest that are actually associated with the esoteric properties mentioned.

I was kind of looking for a domesticated wolf this Wolf Moon season, not the one running wild and free. And I kind of found her. Not the boring, philistine kind of domesticated wolf fully embracing the hygge life, and not the one oppressed and squeezed under the weight of domestic life, longing for something different, something wild. She is the strong Wolf, patient, collected, peaceful, yet full of fire, tamed and wise, dexterous yet not always agreeable.  She is respectable, intriguing, mysterious, but also frightening. I found the strength of  a  Mother in her and almost put a spoon in her hand. Then I realized she is a Sorceress. She comes from the forest - the place of mysteries of life and death, the place where secrets are revealed to those who listen, and although domesticated, she carries the forest within her, she heals with the forest, affects and changes the reality with what the forest has taught her. And although at home not in the woods- she is The Forest.

She is 33cm/12.9” tall hanging Wolf-Sorceress doll. Her head is hand-sculpted and hand-painted, her body made of preloved, recycled materials. Truly one of a kind Wolf Sorceress doll.
